Professional Psychotherapy and Counseling Services

Welcome to Dulwich Counselling

Since 2014, I have had the privilege of providing dedicated, open-ended counselling and psychotherapy here in the heart of Dulwich. As a local therapist, supporting the wellbeing of our community is not just my profession, it is my core mission.

I believe that meaningful therapy is so much more than a service. It is about building a trusting relationship where you are truly heard, and where you feel safe to explore your inner world and untangle complex emotions. Every person's journey is unique; we will work together, side by side with patience and deep respect. Our focus will remain on your growth and personal resilience every step of the way.

Therapy

Therapy is a non-judgmental, collaborative space where all aspects of your experience can be explored. By offering empathy, careful listening, and thoughtful reflection, I aim to create a relationship in which you feel safe enough to speak openly and be fully heard.

Together, we will explore how past experiences, relationships, and unconscious patterns may shape your current thoughts, feelings, and ways of relating to others. Developing insight into these patterns can help create greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and the possibility for meaningful change.

Therapy is a shared process. You bring your experiences, questions, and hopes; I bring my experience, professional skills, curiosity, and support. Together, we work towards a deeper understanding of yourself and a more fulfilling way of relating to yourself, others, and the world around you.

Training & Workshops

The personal development training and workshops are designed to enhance learning, foster self-awareness, and develop effective coping strategies and mental resilience. Each session is fully customised to meet the specific needs of various organisations, including charities, academic institutions, and businesses. The interactive workshops cover critical, modern-day workplace and community themes. I am dedicated to providing high-quality, reliable training that empowers individuals and teams to truly thrive.

Burnout & Boundaries

Protecting energy, managing stress, and preventing workplace fatigue. In an increasingly demanding professional landscape, chronic stress can quietly compromise team well-being. This workshop explores the psychological signs of fatigue and provides individuals with the practical tools needed to establish healthy boundaries. Participants will learn how to protect their cognitive and emotional energy, balance competing professional demands, and cultivate sustainable daily working habits that prevent burnout before it takes hold.

Cultivating Inner Resilience

Building practical psychological tools to navigate transition and change. Change is a constant variable in any organisation, but navigating transition successfully requires a robust internal toolkit. This session draws on evidence-based therapeutic concepts to help teams build cognitive flexibility, emotional regulation, and adaptive coping mechanisms. By understanding how to process setbacks and adapt to evolving environments, participants will learn how to transform challenging transitions into meaningful opportunities for personal and collective growth.

Management Dynamics

Equipping leaders to manage teams with a balance of empathy and operational clarity. Effective leadership sits at the intersection of human connection and organizational structure. This specialised training supports managers, directors, and team leaders in developing an empathetic leadership style without losing professional clarity. We look at the psychology of communication, how to navigate difficult workplace conversations constructively, and how to create psychologically safe environments that boost morale, performance, and staff retention.

Mental Health Awareness

Dismantling stigma, fostering open dialogue, and recognising early signs of distress. Creating a supportive culture begins with a shared language around mental health. This workshop aims to normalise conversations about emotional well-being and break down the lingering stigma that can prevent people from seeking help. Teams will learn how to identify the subtle, early signs of mental health struggles in themselves and their colleagues, alongside practical, safe frameworks for offering peer-to-peer support and guiding individuals toward appropriate professional resources.
